Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, BrittLovesCats, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Article Vetting

[edit]

Here are my thoughts on your 5 articles, Brittney:

Crowley:

- This could work well for the project. It seems like the Plot section could be trimmed down and/or reorganized, with some possible citation issues as well. You might also look for fancruft (info that hardcore fans would care about, but probably not relevant to the general public).

Dragon Age:

- This article is fairly strong and seems to have been worked on a fair amount recently (though the Talk page has not been updated in awhile).

Genetics:

- This is a featured article, so it likely wouldn't be a good fit for this project.

Oxenfree:

- This is also a featured article (you can check an article's class on the Talk page of an article)

Wives of Henry VIII:

- This could be a really good fit for the project, as there appears to be a lack of content in some sections and some tables/graphics that need to be broken up. The edit history seems active, so it's likely you would be interacting with other folks if you chose this one.

Overall: I think the Henry VIII and Crowley articles would be the best fit for this project, particularly if you already have some ideas on how to edit them. Happy to chat further on any of these articles if you have questions. Spike Mugiwara (talk) 16:48, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Spike Mugiwara: Thank you for the advice on which articles would work. I already have a few ideas on the two articles that fit the project best. BrittLovesCats (talk) 17:51, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
