Hi Brian. Welcome to Wikipedia. I didn't remove the tag from Cat hoarding, I put it there. If you want to get a NPOV tag removed then you must debate the people who want to keep it, as you are. You should work with the other editors to understand why the tag was put there and help rewrite the article so that it complies with NPOV.
