Rail & sea corridor to Ireland sections on railway station articles
[edit]Hi, regarding your edits to London Paddington station, etc.; if a station has a direct service to Fishguard Harbour with onward connections to Ireland, that may be mentioned in the article about that station, provided that you reference it to reliable third-party sources, per the policy on verifiability.
The websites of Stena Line and of Arriva Trains are not third-party, but are primary sources; these particular web pages are there mainly to sell a service, and shouldn't be used as references. Wikipedia is not a means of promotion.
Where a station has no direct service to Fishguard Harbour, it is tenuous to add the information to the web pages of those stations on the grounds that connection may be made at Cardiff or Swansea. This is because it's possible to get a through ticket between any two stations in the UK, and, if you go to the right travel agent, between any UK station and Rosslare, but we don't list all these connections because there are simply too many. Wikipedia is not a travel guide. --Redrose64 (talk) 21:18, 2 July 2012 (UTC)

Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Dublin Bus Route 1
[edit]Hello Brf1000. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Dublin Bus Route 1".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Dublin Bus Route 1}}

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
