Thanks for using the talk page! I actually like some of your changes, but... this is a highly contentious subject. Tread carefully. Brianyoumans (talk) 02:22, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
Breister, Perhaps you should discuss the changes on the talk first before you undo everything so we can work together on a solution. I posted my thoughts on the talk page. Morphh (talk) 13:05, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks guys, I'm hooked into the talk page now and appreciate the feedback. I see that I inadvertently added some redundancy and have requested we work to redo a large part of the "Tax Rate" section to reduce that. I'm a stickler on consistency, and accurate calculations and showing how they are obtained, but am open to using different, or even a larger variety of, examples. As for all the "undos" I did - I didn't know how to get back to the key examples without re-typing everything.
- I know the FairTax is not perfect - that is left for an imaginary perfect world - but I believe that if it is accurately portrayed people will recognize it as a vast improvement over the mess we have today.Breister (talk) 15:34, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
- No problem. I think we only have a few areas of contention that we need to work out. :) Morphh (talk) 15:58, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
