Fair use rationale: to illustrate the organization Midland Valley Railroad. A majority of railraod corporate articles use the railroad herald under the exact same fair use provision. This article is a work in progress on my user pages about the Midland Valley for which MrLogo.JPG represents.

Further justification: I am a user that prefers to create and heavily edit articles in userspace. While I understand the wikipedia policy on fair-use images in galleries etc. in userspace, I feel they are justified in a working draft of an article. Please also note that I am reviewing the actual policy further to make sure that my actions are correct, even if I feel they are justified above.
