Conflcit of interest editing

Hello, Boxingdetroit. If you're User:Taricksalmaci, then there's lots of information that you might find helpful to be found at User talk:Taricksalmaci and c:User talk:Taricksalmaci. You can also find some relevant information at WP:BLPSELF, c:COM:Own work. Bascially, you're continuing to re-upload photos that have been deleted before (in some cases even multiple times) before because of questionable licensing or claims of copyright ownership. Attempts have been made to try and explain this to you before, but you keep doing the same thing. If there's something about c:Commons:Licensing that you don't understand, feel free to ask for assistance. If there's something about Wikipedia:Conflict of interest you don't understand, feel free to ask for assistance. If, however, you just keep reappearing with a new account every now and then and try to edit Tarick Salmaci without at least trying to comply with relevant Wikipedia and Commons policies, you're going to most likely going to have lots of problems and may even eventually end up blocked by an administrator.
