Welcome! (We can't say that loud/big enough!)

Draža Mihailović

[edit]

Please don't just revert my edits to articles. At least read them and change specific things. I have improved (IMHO) your edits on Mihailovic, using my last revision of the article as you changed back many small detail/typographic corections. Such phrases as "not knowing the true nature of the Chetnik movement" are POV. If you have something to add, please give sources. If you want to discuss it further please drop by my talk page -- estavisti 19:45, 12 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

I noticed you keep reverting other users edits to this page. I would encourage you to talk to an administrator to end this edit war. There is a rule against doing more than 3 reversions in 24 hours, though I'm not sure if this applies here. KI 21:14, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Image Tagging Image:Novi Pazar.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Novi Pazar.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, ie in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{gfdl}} to release it under the GFDL. If you can claim fair use use {{fairuse}}.) See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thanks so much. --Linnea 08:59, 10 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Revert warring.

[edit]

Please stop revert warring. I politely asked on the Talk:Bosnian War not to use revertion, but to work on the last version of the article if you have concerns about the contents, because I also fixed many technical and spelling issues. I have to remind you that you should be civil and stop accusing others for nationalism, revisionism and vandalism in edit summaries like these: [1], [2], [3]. Thanks. Unspecified source for Image:Chetniks1942.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Chetniks1942.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Untagged image

[edit]

An image you uploaded, Image:Grb Sandzaka.gif, was tagged with the {{coatofarms}} copyright tag. This tag was deleted because it does not actually specify the copyright status of the image. The image may need a more accurate copyright tag, or it may need to be deleted. If the image portrays a seal or emblem, it should be tagged as {{seal}}. Repost of Instrukcije

[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Instrukcije, by Paulcicero, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Instrukcije was previously deleted as a result of an articles for deletion (or another XfD)

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Instrukcije, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Instrukcije itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 21:44, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Commercial use of Image:Cetniksgroup.jpg

[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Cetniksgroup.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Cetniksgroup.jpg is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only" or "used with permission for use on Wikipedia only" which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3).

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Cetniksgroup.jpg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 15:01, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate images uploaded

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Djurisic Izvjestaj .jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Djurisic Izvjestaj.jpg. The copy called Image:Djurisic Izvjestaj.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 15:02, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Djurisic Izvjestaj .jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:30, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for uploading Image:Drazas Instrukcije.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Speedy deletion of "Đukić (Sandžak)"

[edit]

A page you created, Đukić (Sandžak), has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Fair use rationale for File:Report Djurisic.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Report Djurisic.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. The result has been posted in the article space. Further improvements are being discussed on the talkpage. The editors have also agreed to abide by talkpage rules in order to avoid too much argument preventing article improvment. Feel free to take part in discussions. However, wholesale alterations without prior discussion and consensus are unlikely to be agreed. Fainites barleyscribs 13:37, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Original research at Đukić (Sandžak)

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Đukić (Sandžak), please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

Hi! I was wondering why you have cited several sources that have no mention (repeat: None) at all of the data you have put in the article. After I added the WP:OR template (three times), you reverted it, and your comment was "This is a family history page. Do NOT cannibalize it! Mind your own business!". Unless you find the sources backing up "your" article, which I doubt you will, it will be erased. Furthermore, I ask you to see Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Ownership of articles, etc. --Zoupan (talk) 22:22, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've listed the Đukić (Sandžak) article for deletion. See the talk page as well. --Zoupan 18:13, 3 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. In Đukić (Sandžak), you recently added a link to the disambiguation page Macedonia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:45, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Đukić (Sandžak) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you. Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you.--Zoupan 21:13, 22 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ANI

[edit]

Hello. There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.--Zoupan 11:36, 24 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Đukić (Djukic), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for persistent disruptive editing, namely the recreating of a page that has been deleted per discussion (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Đukić (Sandžak)). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
