You are correct. This is not a blatatently profane name. However, names like Boogerboysmell (talk · contribs) are routinely blocked as offensive. Now that you point it out, they are not blatantly against policy, but names like that often tend to be blocked. I've unblocked you, but similar to the advice given to Booger Eating Moron (talk · contribs), you'll probably do well to change your username, as others may come to a similar conclusion.
