Hello and welcome! Yes, I post-edit "gently." (It is a corollary of WP:Don't be a dick, a rule that is not universal. I see "dick" has now been changed to "jerk.") I moved your edit out of a section that was merely a container for footnotes. However, I am no expert in the material you added; the Change Summary notes that moving it to "History" was a guess based on your use of the past tense. There are two more things you might do on the page:
- Briefly explain what documents or processes required the use of WORM in those two agencies, and for what purpose--taking care to do no more than summarize what is in the document you cite.
- Use a template such as {{Cite web}} in the footnote that lets you provide more details on that documents, such as when it was written and when you verified it still existed. Spike-from-NH (talk) 00:18, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
