Technically reverted two serial vandalisms by the same twit, a few seconds apart, rather than one. --Orange Mike 18:24, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Aye, I did. Twinkle does that automatically, and both edits were vandalism. I'm not sure whats been done wrong, if you could elaborate. Boccobrock 18:30, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Now I see what you mean, that would be Twinkle's fault. Boccobrock 03:59, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to The Suite Life of Zack & Cody has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. For future reference, the above edit was removing vandalism, some timing issue caused Nn123654 to issue me a warning. Boccobrock (talk) 03:26, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, disregard the above warn, got a bit too trigger happy with my huggle. -- Nn123645 (talk) 03:37, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

On Nazi Gold

[edit]

Hey Boccobrock, Whilst I'm not constructive (I rarely am, I'm afraid), I would suggest you go back to the article and check the last sentence in the first paragraph. Perhaps then my 'vandal act' will be a bit more understandable.

Wonderful day, sir, have a wonderful day.

The facts that I wrote about KP Singh are correct and in line with Wikipedia policy. If you need proof you can send me your snail mail address and I would send you written proof of what I wrote.

I would request you to restore the content.

It does look like the link you posted is pretty relevant, but since you added on "Don't read this while eating supper" it sends a bit of a red flag to us vandalism fighters. We don't have time to go through every link people add to articles. I've gone ahead and re-added the link. BoccobrockT 23:22, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Concerning the anon 209.174.226.2

[edit]

Hi, this is Tratos. About that anonymous user, I personally feel that a short time block may be in order. Just to show them that wikipedia does more than just warn, because theyve had alot of warning. Thanks for your time, Tratos theGreat —Preceding comment was added at 16:38, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like they have been blocked, generally requests to have someone blocked are taken care of at AIV. And I'm not an admin.. if you were asking me to block ;) Best of luck! BoccobrockT 16:50, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reporting to Admins

[edit]

Hi, I received your message on my talk page. I'm just here to clarify that more warnings should be given to IP numbers. I remember that a <Final Warning> was already given, so won't this mean that the final warning is not actually a final warning? Hello

[edit]

About the edit to the article Venus. That is one thing I hate about IP addresses. They always change. It wasn't me, just so you know if you thought about banning that IP address because of the content of the edit. Thanks! 71.162.71.26 (talk) 21:44, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We actually generally won't block unless there are multiple occasions of vandalism within a short period of time. But the best thing to do is to register, then there is nothing to worry about but your own edits! cheers, BoccobrockT 00:46, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's alright, I actually had already just reverted my warnings on your talk page. Sorry for the inconvenience, sometimes while reverting vandalism it can be hard to determine what is and what isn't. Thanks for your understanding, BoccobrockT 21:30, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ballymena Academy

[edit]

I renently removed the line "Augus Gibson, He recently left school to pursue his live long passing of "MERKING"" from the Alumin section of Ballymena Academy. You reverted this, and accused me of vandalism!! I removed it because it is false!! 83.67.135.93 (talk) 15:55, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, I do apologize for the mix-up. I first reverted you because you removed the catagories of the page, but when you removed that line I obviously didn't check closely enough and reverted you again. I've removed the warnings from me from your talk page. Cheers! BoccobrockT 19:33, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if this is the right page to say this but;

this is anonymous user 90.200.123.15, and I am replying to inform you that I have never made any edits on wikipedia. I don't know if I share my IP with anyone else, sinse I have limited knowledge about IP addresses. Maybe somebody is using my IP to protect themselves whilst they do their scams, I'm not sure. But I can assure you that I'm just a harmless browser on your website and I don't wish to become anything more than that :)

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Boccobrock! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 141 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

edit in chelsea 2014-15

[edit]

I am new on here and barely getting the hang of it. Can you help me in editing the chelsea 2014-15 wiki page.

In the transfer section, the trasnfer of van aanholt is said to be a free transfer where as all the sources say differently. I would like to change the following information LB Netherlands Patrick van Aanholt England Sunderland Free 25 July 2014

to

LB Netherlands Patrick van Aanholt England Sunderland 1,500,000 pounds 25 July 2014

here as few of the sources. Patrick_van_Aanholt [2] [3]

Please help me in improving this. I have already put in 2 edit requests. Didierforever (talk) 16:12, 29 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have changed it to read "Undisclosed", the sources given don't seem to be very reliable or stable with the 1.5 million pounds amount. Thank you for your interest in editing, please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with as there are plenty of other unprotected pages that can be improved. Thanks. You have been indefinitely blocked from editing for Vandalism. If you feel this block is unjustified, you may contest it by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 22:52, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Request reason:

What? Was this done by mistake, maybe a mix up with a vandal that I had reverted? Maybe you could check my edits and give further explanation. Thanks, BoccobrockTC 23:02, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Edit: I wasn't very clear in the above unblock request, I have made no vandalism edits and a majority of my edits are removing vandalism using huggle. If there is an edit in question, possibly I incorrectly reverted something, I would like to see it. Thank you, BoccobrockTC 23:09, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Appears to just be a misfire; will unblock and then check with the blocking admin. Kuru (talk) 23:55, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I'm the guy who placed this block by mistake. I've dug back through the relevant histories and through my relevant memories and tried to reconstruct this edit-by-edit but I can't make my memories match the histories.
  • As best I can figure out, I was trying to figure out something which had confused me about vandalous edits which 122.56.103.129 had made to the Carterton, New Zealand article while I was in WP:Huggle (I expected to see record of a revert by me from huggle, but that is not what I see).
  • I was late for something else at the time and in a big rush but I wanted too finish the WP stuff up first (bad idea to rush that). I see now that the vandal was an IP, but I recall that I had gotten it in my head that he was a logged-in user with two total edits both to the vandalized article (I don't know where that comes from -- probably confusion with another user and another article by clicking the history tab in the wrong window).
  • Anyhow, I ended up thinking that I had a registered vandalism-only editor targeting this article, and I put a level 4 warning on his talk page.
  • Going back to the huggle window to shut it down, I saw what I apparently misinterpreted as further vandalism to that article by the same user. I was really late by this time, and I placed what I thought was an indef block on what I thought was the offending editor. I somehow got that badly wrong and blocked you instead. I don't have a clue how I managed to drag you into this mess.
All that was a total screwup on my part caused by being in too much of a hurry to take the time to do things by the numbers and wanting too badly not to leave something with a half-done feeling.
My apologies for this. In future, I will slow down, take a deep breath, and recheck before committing and will try to remember that being rushed by X generally does not justify cutting corners on Y to save time. Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 05:36, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem at all Wtmitchell, I've made my own mistakes when using huggle as well. Just have to fix it and move on, so thank you for looking into it. Glad to be back on the anti-vandal force :) BoccobrockTC 05:46, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Edit to Trisha Paytas page

[edit]

Trisha has stated on a number of occasions that she was a hooker and a stripper. You cannot dispute these facts. She has countless videos stating this. She also has videos where she gives her opinions on men and why she is not equal to them. You are censoring the truth. Shame on you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.27.56.166 (talk) 02:43, 31 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry you feel that way. If you find any reference for your information you may add that source to the page, however we cannot allow these kind of changes that can be construed as disparaging. Please refer to WP:BLP. BoccobrockTC 02:50, 31 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
