Please can you refrain from ordering other editors not to edit certain articles such as you did to to Rothorpe on the above page. Wikipedia is free for anyone to edit and behaviour like yours suggests that you have some kind of ownership which is forbidden. Rothorpe is simply removing information which is being written without a supporting, reliable source. Seeing as this person is still alive, we have to be careful with what we add. Why not help search for a reliable source, one that supports the text that is being written? CassiantoTalk 08:41, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Many thanks, Cassianto!
Bluedawn60, there are two more things you can do. Continue monitoring the Wallace Roney page for inaccuracies, and remove them as unsourced. And start a user page by clicking on this red link: User:Bluedawn60. There you can put a full autobiography, subject only to the libel laws. Rothorpe (talk) 14:52, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you find inaccurate statements on a Wikipedia page, the correct approach is to discuss the problem on the talk page of the article (talk:Wallace Roney). If you have WP:reliable sources to support your concerns, then present those sources on the talk page or use them to add content to the page. However, arguing in edit summaries and changing another editor's signature here won't help. Vsmith (talk) 02:41, 25 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
