Cartoon Resource Website
[edit]The Cartoon Resource Website was started in 1998, as part of the CybertOOn's CartOOn Campaign website. In 2002, it broke off as its own seperate page at a new URL and with a new webmaster, Scarlett. The site's main feature is an entry for an animated series, featuring episode guides, TV airdate histories, facts, voice actors and links to other pages about the cartoon. The first 34 entries were not numbered and were picked at random by CybertOOn. With the 35 entry, Superfriends, the choice was giving to the viewers of the website with a monthly poll. Since then, the Cartoon Resource Website has had an entry every month with the winner of the monthly poll. Occasionally, there are weekly entries, with cartoons that are linked or similar such as Hanna-Barbera superheroes or Disney afternoon cartoons. In December, the weekly additions are determined by highest number of votes from all the polls of the past year added up. This is to get cartoons that have been in the poll a while out and up on the website. The 100th Cartoon Resource entry was Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, listing every since animated short made by Warner Bros. The site caters to cartoons of the 1980s, since the CybertOOn's CartOOn Campaign website focuses on them. Currently, the number of entries are in the mid-100s. Go see if you favorite cartoon is up on the site.

[edit]This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Superman423.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:41, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Reggieandme126.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Reggieandme126.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. 1 != 2 05:54, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
