Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
- Respect copyrights โ do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view โ this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Getting information
[edit]How can add pics on editing information Misterorgin (talk) 07:50, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
- Misterorgin Hello! If you need help adding pictures to articles, I'd recommend heading to this page; it breaks down editing standards for images. I'm not much of an expert myself but I hope this helps! Blade Jogger 2049 Talk 20:17, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

Jerusalem flag parade
[edit]Hi, I hate editing on-going events. However, undoing my edit into a simply false version, (although sourced) is ridiculus. You are welcome to read Jerusalem day article, it describes the flag parade, and doesn't call it far right. I will not waste my energy on the bias here, just letting you know this is wrong. I can assure you the kids of my far-left friends that were in the parade last year can't fall into this category. My 2c. Matanya (talk) 22:52, 15 May 2021 (UTC)
- Hello Matanya! Apologies for the delay, I was on vacation. With regards to your edit, the parade in question was organized by far-right Jewish nationalists, according to RS discussing it (the same group of people who, several weeks earlier, marched through the streets of Jerusalem chanting "Death to Arabs!") Definitely not a leftist group. I do not doubt some leftists you know may have attended a parade, but it's likely it was a different event entirely. Potentially contentious edits like yours need to be backed up by reliable sources, not original research. I hope this helps! Blade Jogger 2049 Talk 19:32, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for taking the time to respond. I am an editor for more than 15 years, I know the rules. I shouldn't have edited. EN.wiki is heavily biased when it comes to current events, as I have seen time and times again, covering the issue with cherry-picking sources. I won't waste my time arguing about this but I will just say it is ridiculous to color by right/left a parade that started in 1968, by a source written in 2021. I wish you all the best. Your e-mail
[edit]I don't reply to user e-mail, but thanks for the apology. I'm trying to think of a way to word what I have to say that is honest and yet not hurtful. My response to you at ANI had nothing to do with my views on anti-semitism or any other form of bigotry. I was just surprised that the IP's one edit had triggered a thread at ANI. In addition, although I assumed the IP's comment was anti-semitic, as at least one person said at ANI, as comments go, it was fairly mild. I've seen so much worse at Wikipedia and in real life. That doesn't mean it's acceptable to make mild bigoted comments, but generally we (admins) don't block in that scenario. I hope this helps.--Bbb23 (talk) 12:36, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Bbb23 I totally understand, thank you for your response. It can honestly be difficult to interpret tone over written communication. I should have not assumed bad faith on your part. I appreciate your patience with me. Blade Jogger 2049 Talk 21:39, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
No worries
[edit]Don't worry about it. I only 'ever' get upset with editors, whom I suspect of pushing or maintaining agendas on Wikipedia, via editing pages or posting in page discussions. Nothing else, upsets meย :) GoodDay (talk) 21:42, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
