I made the edit on Blanche Taylor Moore because it says she is also beleived to have commited two more murders which would make her a possible serial killer.--College railman (talk) 04:58, 30 January 2020 (UTC)

@College railman: Do you have a reliable source for this? If not, then it is a BLP violation. You seem to have a history of making unsourced edits to articles. You need be more careful with sourcing especially with regards to BLP's. Blackmane (talk) 01:15, 14 February 2020 (UTC)

Arbitration and Required Block

Hey Blackmane, I am just writing to you to ask for your help in working with a certain 'Kiengir' and enforcing a possible ban on his account. I have come to you as a believe your familiar with some of his counter-productive behaviours, for example his threat to create a sock puppet account in response to being banned on the ANI page. Unfortunately, this sort of counter-productive behaviour has not ceased. The relevant user continues to busy himself with gross inciviltiy: "Don't you ever dare to modify my personal page", "Which part of this simple logic do you not understand?", "see, your problem is with the English language. You do not understand what means CONTEMPORARY. Check a vocabulary or talk with an English teacher,maybe the third time you won't make yourself again ridicoulus!", "Your grammar lesson is what you had to learn, since then you would not make the edit that you made, the rest is a useless trash talk. If you do not answer anymore", "B****s..t, if I would have wanted to hide anything from the Hungarian fans I would have make disappear half of he content that is heavily citing everything about Hungarians", "you have to ashamed about your behavior". Yet if that is not enought to enforce a ban, in recent weeks the user has been consistently and unwaveringly harassing articles related to Ukraine, this entails finding any mention of the word 'Ukrainian' and removing it. Coincidentally, other opponents of Hungarian nationalism (Croatians, Romanians, Austrians), which overtly is interested in, have also been subject to their pages being the target of his bias edits. This sort of nationalist inclined edits have led to numerous edit wars between 'Kiengir' and other users as well as allegations of disruptive editing. I would highly appreciate if you could assist in helping to prevent this exhaustive and repetitive behaviour, I have attempted numerous avenues of diplomacy and dialogue with this user, however, none have worked. I truely belive this user is "Not here to build an encyclopedia" WP:WHYBLOCK. Casting aspersions with fake and manipulated content is never a wise thing from a user who has just been escaped from almost near indef.(KIENGIR (talk) 23:45, 28 September 2020 (UTC))

@DanielLerish: This is highly inappropriate canvassing, which I see you have also done on @Jpgordon:'s and @TimothyBlue:'s talk pages. If you have a grievance, present your case on WP:ANI with evidence, but be prepared to also have your own behaviour examined. Should you present such a case to ANI, I will not be participating except if a question is directly asked of me, which will be unlikely as I have never crossed paths with either of you.
