- Do a search on Google or your preferred search engine for the subject of the Wikipedia article that you want to create a citation for.
- Find a website that supports the claim you are trying to find a citation for.
- In a new tab/window, go to the citation generator, click on the 'An arbitrary website' bubble, and fill out as many fields as you can about the website you just found.
- Click the 'Get reference wiki text' button.
- Highlight, and then copy (Ctrl+C or Apple+C), the resulting text (it will be something like
<ref> {{cite web | .... }}</ref>
, copy the whole thing). - In the Wikipedia article, after the claim you found a citation for, paste (Ctrl+V or Apple+V) the text you copied.
- If the article does not have a References or Notes section (or the like), add this to the bottom of the page, but above the External Links section and the categories:

Speedy deletion nomination of Jan Janszoon Struys
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Jan Janszoon Struys requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Thanks for your contributions to Nick Khan. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 01:50, 24 January 2024 (UTC)

Nick Khan
[edit]Hi Binary, Hope you're well. It was a case of great minds thinking a like on the Nick Khan front. I'd been working on the draft this afternoon too, following the recent TKO announcements and Netflix deal. I archived all my sources from the Wayback Machine, and used notable WP:RSP sources. I edit my drafts in my Sandbox, and copy and paste them to a Notepad document before publishing them. I can show you this if you like. I didn't clock your draft until I was publishing mine, and if anything I helped further as yours was taken back to draft space due to a lack of sourcing. No offence. Please don't think I've copied you. Nick Khan has had some relatively high-profile clients including Ariel Helwani (that's worth noting, but no sources mention in it in text, so we'd need to source a video). - Mechanical Elephant, no hard feelings. I would advice avoiding wrestling sites as most of them are dodgy, even Fightful and Observer. BinaryBrainBug (talk) 09:41, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
- BinaryBrainBug Wikipedia is no place for your personal views mate, please comply with WP:PW/RS. Dilbaggg (talk) 06:02, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 31
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Bryan Keith (wrestler), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Booker T. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
