AfD Nomination: The Boys of Bummer
[edit]An editor has nominated the article The Boys of Bummer for deletion, under the Articles for deletion process. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the nomination (also see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Your opinions on why the topic of the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome: participate in the discussion by editing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Springfield Up. Add four tildes like this ~~~~ to sign your comments. You can also edit the article The Boys of Bummer during the discussion, but do not remove the "Articles for Deletion" template (the box at the top of the article), this will not end the deletion debate. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Jayden54Bot 15:24, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

Somewhat belatedly, though. I, too, am a member of WP:MARS. Just a few tips: firstly the correct license tag for images taken from Mars Global Surveyor, Mars Odyssey, the rovers and Mars Reconnaisance Orbiter is {{PD-USGov-NASA}}. (Mars Express images are to be avoided, as they are not compatible with our copyright policy). You can do this by specifying "no license" in the license box and adding such template to the image description. Secondly, here's the official IAU database containing all features named in accordance with their rules for planetary nomenclature. Happy editing. MER-C 11:08, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
Martian geography project proposed rename
[edit]Hi. It has been suggested that the project "Martian geography" be rename to "Mars" in order to increase its scope and increase its usefulness. If you have an opinion concering this, could you leave it on the talk page, or on Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Space/Reorganisation? Thanks. Lunokhod 22:11, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Hello, Billcarr178. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:AudiLogo852.gif) was found at the following location: User:Billcarr178. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 04:49, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

WikiProjects Moon and Mars activity
[edit]Hello there! As part of an effort to determine how many active editors are present in the space-related WikiProjects, some changes have been made to the lists of members of WikiProject Moon (here) and Mars (here). If you still consider yourself to be an active editor either of these projects, it would be appreciated if you would please edit the list so that your name is not struck out - thus a clearer idea of the number of active editors can be determined. Many thanks in advance!

The file File:Huygenscater.JPG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
