Block excemption

Bill - there was another user in the same situation you are - see User talk:Lomcevak. The solution in that case was to make him exempt from IP blocks, which I have done for you. You should no longer have any problems editing. Raul654 (talk) 19:06, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
