How to Warn

[edit]

Hello Bigbird6, when warning someone you suspect of vandalism, please use one of the templates listed here: Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace. In general the user being warned should first be warned with a level one, then two etc. Thanks for your contributions here SpitfireTally-ho! 06:12, 23 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Gender-neutral Bible archive

[edit]

A Gender-Neutral Bible is a translation of Christian scripture that minimizes the original language's emphasis on gender. Such translations have become controversial in some circles.[1][2] Conservative theologians believe that minimizing gender through translation alters the meaning of the original Hebrew and Greek text, which they believe is perfectly inspired by God.[3][4][5] Others argue that gender-neutral translations simply update the ancient text for modern English speakers.[6][7]
