Kiwi Camera
[edit]Hi, BigP. I was reading a completely POV and self-serving "article" about Kiwi Camara, and while marveling at it, saw that it had already been deleted before. It is being rebuilt now, with no difference but more “citations” -- to references which themselves don't bear out the points being made. I don't know enough about the procedures here, so I wanted to ask if you can enforce the removal again, for all the reasons you stated in your 2006 nomination -- particularly that the person himself is not notable, even if the controversy itself were to be thought so. Added to your initial reasons, I note that the present “article” rather negatively characterizes the actions of live persons, who are named individually. Thanks! Dupuy78 03:53, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
- It is a great shame that abomination of an article has resurfaced. I fought tooth and nail to get that thing removed, even banned from fallout with Wikipedians of a differing opinion. I will look over the article soon to make sure it is indeed what you say, that it is almost the same thing that was deleted, and I will re-nominate it for deletion. -- ßίζ·קּ‼ (talk | contribs) 09:12, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the heads-up, Big.P! I posted my vote on the AfD page. You are excellent! Dupuy78 10:03, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Patrol 2005.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Patrol 2005.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 19:28, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Jamesloganhighschool.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Jamesloganhighschool.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:05, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

The file File:MLK Invitational.PNG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 6 August 2019 (UTC)
