Hope you're fine

[edit]

Bhadaniji, just saw that you were ill for a long time. Hope you're doing fine now. Take care. -- Sundar \talk \contribs 08:09, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My reply - copied from his page:

Thank for your response Sundar. I also thank you for your message wishing my welfare. I shall surely take care, In the meanwhile, I wish to inform you that I have added to images to Bank of India – one of the building where its main branch is housed, and the other being an inside view of the Zonal Office located in the same building. Until very recently, I was working there. Regards

Nice image. -- Sundar \talk \contribs 11:24, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Bhadani. Your note was rather incivil. I nearly always discuss on the talk page, and I am familiar with WP policy. As you well know, any editor may remove uncited material per WP:VERIFY. You addition to Gurunath is unverified, and it is my right to remove it until you can provide references. It is you who would be violating WP rules and engaging in edit warring to revert. Best regards, Hanuman Das 12:35, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My Reply copied from his talk page:

My message (rather warning) to you was not incivil – it is your personal interpretation and assessment. In this connection, please see the rule number 18 (Section: Laws by others) on this page of a bureaucrat – User:Raul654/Raul's laws. Perhaps some editors want “a codified set of rules on an issue, so they can subvert the spirit while adhering to the letter.” I am sure that building the Project is a serious business, let us come closer to build the Better than the Best., and avoid wasting the precious resources of wikipedia. I again repeat that further disruption in any way shall attract the invocation and initiation of the required steps (of cource, after comlying with the laid down process) which has been entrusted to me as an administrator. However, I believe that your edits and works here are adding value to the project, and no such step shall be necessary. Regards. --Bhadani 07:38, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Response to "Please do not revert"

[edit]

Have you left a similar warning for Hamsacharya dan? He is usually responsible for starting and continuing any edit wars and has been block twice for 3RR as a result. He also stalks editors to other pages they are working on and starts warring with them there if he cannot get his way in the original article. He has frequently removed material approved by moderator, and seems to think that his interpretation of WP policies is the only opinion that counts, won't discuss, etc. etc. FYI. ---Baba Louis 17:26, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yogiraj Gurunath Article

[edit]

Namaste Bhadaniji,

I am very regretful for my recent edit warring. I am happy that the admin was able to see clearly that though there was edit warring, there was no 3RR violation. My goal is to maintain the quality of that article, which cannot be done when weak sources are being used to promulgate weak criticisms which were compiled through an effort characterized by original research. Please kindly allow me to explain to show that my edits were coming from righteousness rather than disingenuousness, as it seems so far you are the only person that can parse the difficult spiritual language and concepts.

Besides the blatant removal of valid text (poetry, sat guru quote, and others), the addition of the "Differences with traditional views" section is flawed in the following respects:

0. These are not traditional views. Every one of the views was made by modern teachers or gurus. There was only one view from before 1900, and that in 1800's (Lahiri Mahasaya quote).
1. First bullet - immediately contradicts itself.
2. Second bullet - also immediately contradicts itself.
3. Third bullet - logically contradicts itself, and can be interpreted in any way the reader wants. It is also false according to numerous shaastras (this information was provided in the previous edit by me [1], but reverted by other editor)
4. Fourth bullet - This information is irrelevant in Sanatan Dharma - it is commonly known that avatars are immortal and Gorakshanath in particular per the information provided in (3) above.
5. Fifth bullet - "There is no evidence that Yogananda..." Kindly see [2] and do a text search for "shiva baba" or "trambak baba" for direct evidence to contrary.

I've tried to be very succinct in illustrating my points - if anything needs clarification, I'll be happy to provide that at request. Please kindly advise me on what I should do - as I feel that this section is wholly unnecessary and damaging. All of the points were brought up long ago, and subsequently mitigated. Your advice would be greatly appreciated as I don't wish to be accused of reversion unduly. Hamsacharya dan 15:45, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Namaste Bhadaniji,
Since you have been previously looking into my current dispute with Hanuman Das, I wanted to inform your of the most recent page protection of Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath which was a favorable outcome, due to the involvement of Admin jossi (talk · contribs). No action from you is requested here - just for your information. My best wishes for a stress-free editing experience, Hamsacharya dan 16:58, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

3RR stuffs

A couple things, first, 3RR blocks are normally 24 hours not a week, I think it might be best to post on WP:AN on disputes in that matter as it seems like you are involved in a conflict of interest and as a sysop, its best to avoid those. Cheers -- Tawker 19:43, 2 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A landslide victory for The JPS (aka RFA thanks)

[edit]
Hey, Bhadani/Archive08, thank you so much for your vote in my RfA, which passed with an overwhelming consensus of 95/2/2. I was very surprised and flattered that the community has entrusted me with these lovely new toys. I ripped open the box and started playing with them as soon as I got them, and I've already had the pleasure of deleting random nonsense/attacks/copyvios tonight.
If I ever do anything wrong, or can help in some way, please feel free to drop me a line on my talk page, and I will do my best to correct my mistake, or whatever...
Now, to that bottle of wine waiting for me...

Bhadaniji, when you meet Dore avaru, can you please ensure that the Baraha software is downloaded into his computer properly. I provided him with detailed assistance here, to which you can refer. Please be sure to download 'Baraha Direct'. Also please try typing some words using Baraha Direct to familiarize Doregaru with typing Indian languages using the normal keyboard. Hello, Bhadani. I was recently patrolling the new articles list and happened across your additions including Pramlocha and Pralamba. These articles appear to have been modified from the respective texts available here [3]. You may be writing these from scratch, but I could not ignore the similarity in style, and that they appear to be modified in a few minor phrases. Just to let you know, we cannot use copyrighted material that has not been released to the public under any of a few public use licenses, so if you are indeed copying this material from those sources, please desist. Thank you. Kuzaar 15:06, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I see, I just recieved your message. In that case, allow me to recommend that for the purposes of not toeing any lines as far as copyright laws go, you might consider perhaps moving these articles to userspace until we can get a rewrite for them. I appreciate the fact that you are trying to reconstruct a body of material on these subjects, but it's probably better to only have them in the articlespace when they are properly sourced. If you can provide some of the sources you are using, I can help you in adding these. Thank you, and keep up the good work. Kuzaar 15:16, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your punctual response, and for your attention to these articles. Also, I adore that passage from Robert Frost on your talk page. :) Kuzaar 15:20, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not one that knows a lot about Hindu mythology, but from what I've read on the topic of the Pralamba article, I've done a rewrite from scratch that contains all of the story without any of the original work in the Dictionary of Hindu Mythology. Have a look at it and fix any misunderstandings I had of the story, if you would be so kind. Thank you, Kuzaar 15:50, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your kind words, I will see what I can do to help rewrite more of the articles under this subject. All the best, Kuzaar 16:08, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
One last thing regarding the Pralamba article: I've moved the temporary article to the main article and replaced the copyright vio message. If you like you can delete the temporary page now. Kuzaar 17:09, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use images on your userpage

[edit]

Hi Bhadani. Just a quick note to tell you that fair use images aren't permitted on userpages. From WP:FU: "Fair use images should only be used in the article namespace. Used outside article space, they are often enough not covered under the fair use doctrine. They should never be used on templates (including stub templates and navigation boxes) or on user pages." You might want to remove those. Thanks. --Sam Blanning(talk) 13:12, 6 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image requests

[edit]

Hi. I noticed that you put image requests on many talk pages yesterday. Some of them were on my watch list (Gujarat politician articles). I spent time yesterday to put images on all politician articles I started. Thanks for reminding me (indirectly). I created a template the day before you returned. I don't know if you have seen that - Template:India-politician-photo. It is a big help in using politician images from government of india websites. - Aksi_great (talk) 15:09, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Saier's biography of Peter Mitchell has many good pictures in it, and I did consider to take some pictures from there. But the problem is that they are relatively recent (after 1923 anyway), so I decided against that because of copyright issues. problem user on Jinnah page

[edit]

Hi Bhadaniji - could you please tackle User:66.25.124.253. He just spoke in a threatening manner to me on my talkpage here and here, and is adding nonsense to the Jinnah article. He has been warned multiple times on vandalism, yet he persists in adding nonsense and cleans out his own talkpage. I feel this fellow will return to create trouble in the future. Rama's Arrow 07:24, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My response copied from his talk page: Dear, Nirav, we all should forget things. These are part of our wiki-life, when some persons with little knowledge (a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and an empty vessel sounds much) try to do edit here, he thinks that he is contributing to the building of the sum total of human knowledge, whereas in reality he may be just playing with wikipedia and passing through a self-befooling process. Please do not think of the misdeeds of such editors, and please continue to contribute with a positive and optimistic frame of mind. Thanks, regards, and all the best. --Bhadani 14:17, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bhadaniji, of course I don't take these things to heart. I actually asked the fellow to get a registered account and contribute positively. However, my request for your intervention was becoz this person had already been warned twice for vandalism, thrice for adding nonsense, and two times for possible 3RR violation. IMO, it was necessary for an admin to watch this person and lay down the law, which is what I request you to do. I frankly feel that your comments to him and on talk:Jinnah is merely engaging into a POV debate, that will bring no good. I just don't want this person to violate WP policies and deteriorate an FA's quality (also no attacks on me or others). Please keep an eye on him in the sense that if he/she vandalizes, trolls or violates a WP policy again, he/she should prolly be blocked. Rama's Arrow 17:35, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, I can understand your concern. However, you should appreciate that wikipedia policies and procedures allow even known vandals to continue vandalizing the pages to the extent possible, and to take any firm measure as a matter of last recource. This is a general comment. --Bhadani 10:39, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Accuracy concerns about Jinnah article

[edit]

I believe your comments are besides the point; the issue is not when Jinnah became a Pakistani. The issue is that "Llama's Arrow" refuses to let me add to Jinnah's page the fact that Jinnah is THE most well-respected and revered person in Pakistan, bar none. Instead, he posts remarks such as calling Jinnah "controversial" in the intro paragraph. He is entitled to his opinion but this remark is completely inappropriate for the first paragraph. Look at your Gandhi's page......obviously there is some bias against Pakistani leaders. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.25.124.253 (talkcontribs)

As far as my reading books is concerned, why dont you read something that has not been written by an Indian. I recommend the one by Stanley Wolpert. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.25.124.253 (talkcontribs)

My response - also be to copied on his page: I heard his name long back, and have already read his book named Nehru: A Tryst with Destiny. In any case, reading has been my passion. BTW, most of the books I have read so far have been written by non-Indians, and my personal collection of books run into at least 5,000 book, including a 24-set volume of Encyclopedia Britannica (1964 edition) gifted to me by my father when I was a student of High School. Regards. --Bhadani 10:33, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Alright, your comments are, once again, grossly irrelevant of the matter at hand. The very fact that you refuse to talk about the actual facts and instead prefer to talk about what your daddy gave you tells me that you either have no clue or have realized that the facts are not on your side. Bottom line is, what I wrote is CORRECT and RELEVANT. If it violates guidelines, then you should add controversial to Gandhi's article's first paragraph as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.25.124.253 (talkcontribs)

You should at least post at the bottom, and please take care to sign - this makes life easier. By instigation me you shall not gain anything. I understand why you had told me to read that particular book. I also that you shall not be able to divert wikipedians from their mission. I suggest that you better take a user name to make your contributions get a character. Please do not beat around the bush, come to the point. BTW, with each edit is valuable, and so is your less than 50+ edits. --Bhadani 17:00, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your vote on my RFA, however I withdrew my nomination. I'll re-nominate myself later in the future once I feel I have more experience. I particularly like how you commented that administrators keeping on the down-low and acting as wikignomes is A Good Thing; plenty of administrators end up leaving after they become high-profile individuals. Anyways, I'll get more experience for myself and maybe re-nominate myself in the future. —THIS IS MESSEDOCKER (TALK) 20:39, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My RFA

[edit]

Hi Bhadani/Archive08,

Thank you for supporting my RFA! Unfortunately it did not succeed mainly because most opposers wanted me to spend more time on Wikipedia. Thank you for your faith in me & looking forward to your continued support in the future.

Cheers

Talk page tags

[edit]

I appreciate your effort, but I don't really see a use for the pages with just tags (neither talk page has ever been used, and both pages have been around for a while). I've deleted for now. Essjay (TalkConnect) 11:48, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My response copied from his talk page: Nice meeting you - at least my efforts (may be of no use and mechanical) at least resulted into a message from you. You did the correct thing. regards. --Bhadani 11:53, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
A little more copied from his talk page: :I read your user page very carefully, and found it full of useful information. Request for Editor / User Page Review

[edit]

Hey Bhadani –

You opposed my last RfA in March on rationale I believe may have been related to my user page. In the time since then, I have changed my page to be more universalist (which still conforms with my personal beliefs) and removed the majority of information regarding my conversion to Islam in favor of a section on my philosophy (as well as yours if you desire). Now, I'm looking for your feedback on what you think of the redesign of the page and whether it is sufficient in quelling the March controversy over the page as well as solving the issue about possible inability to maintain a neutral point of view, especially in religion-related articles. For what it's worth, the reason I kept a condensed version of the timeline was because there were, and still are, many people who find it interesting instead of a form of proselytization. Many people have also given me positive feedback on my talk page regarding the look of the page. I personally believe that it is okay to insert individuality onto user pages, especially if it still promotes a sense of community. That is what I was going for with this current version of my user page.

Please make comments regarding the user page on my editor review page. Thanks in advance. joturner 14:55, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My dear

[edit]

My dear Joturner, I had not opposed you on account of the information contained in your User Page – I had made my point very clear in my long comments. I believe that each one of us has a right to believe and practice a faith of one’s choice, and your personal faith and belief did not guide me to oppose your nomination. The contents of your user page as it had existed then had no effect on me. I think that you have since diversified your edits to wikipedia, and I do believe that you shall emerge as one of the best wikipedians in the years to come. I believe that you have always been a nice person and you shall always be a nice wikipedian. I thank you for coming to my page. All the best. --Bhadani 15:13, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, I think you look quite inspirational and your eyes are deep, clear and reflect light, integrity and honesty. I am talking of the picture on your user page.

--Bhadani 15:14, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the feedback. I noticed your comment, which brought up mostly tenure and lack of diversity in edits at that point in time. The only reason I thought I would contact you was because you stated that you agreed with all the above comments pertaining to reasons for oppose" votes. But thanks for the clarification. You can still, of course, make a comment on my editor review page if you like. joturner 15:17, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
(Reply copied from his page) Yes, I stand corrected. I promise that I shall make comments on your review page. In case, I forget to do so, please copy my above comments there. Thank you. --Bhadani 15:19, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Bhadani

Thanks for your greetings. Due to several other preoccupations, I am not in a position to contribute to wikipedia as much as I would like to. However, I continue to be a friend and well wisher of wikipedia and would be happy to get active once again when I have the time.

Thanks for your note about my little song. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I had originally written it to be a wiki-education game--see how many articles you can edit and make a link from a reference in the song. Once I got to the admin stuff, I decided to turn it into a mock self-nomination. I may go back and gamify it later. Bucketsofg 14:58, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

[edit]

Hi I am a young interested tamil learner from England, I admire your experience and talent in wikipedia.

I believe that such vandalists like User:Anwar saadat should be prohibited from using the current goods at Wikipedia. I see that you do not like him, I don't like his indecent behaviour as well. Other people also do not like him. If you check out the ajith page discussion you will see.

Thank You please reply on status and current happenings. Jath16 18:16, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Actually it is not a matter of liking or dis-linking. I am worried about the problems which he may face on account of his proclamation in a public medium like wikipedia, provided he is a citizen of India. --Bhadani 12:52, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bhadaniji - I'm very sorry to have disappointed your expectation in me, but it had become impossible for me to compromise my principles. Request for Adminship
Thank you for supporting/objecting/tropicanising me in my request for Adminship. Although I wasn't promoted to admin status, with a final vote count of 14/27/12, I am very happy with the response I received from my fellow Wikipedians. I was pleasantly suprised at the support, and was touched by it. I will also work harder on preventing disputes and boosting my edit count (which is on the up), so thank you to all your objectors. Hopefully I will re-apply soon and try again for the mop. Thanks again, Highway Rainbow Sneakers

Hello. I just checked and found none. I shall again see after few moments. --Bhadani 15:15, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Now I got the above mail. And, your mail sent to me when I was sick and confined to bed (during April 2006) was a pleasant surprise! It was on account of your anxiety and care to know about my welfare. I thank you for the same publicly. I responded to the same only two/three days before. My wife was talking of some other mails received during last 24 hours. As suggested by you, deleting the mail ID available with my page history is not a solution, as the miscreants already know the same. Now, I understand the reason behind Essjay and several others not saying much about themselves. I have already told so many facts about me, and I can not reverse the information available about me to the world through wikipedia. Anyway, life is like that - as a true wikipedian, I shall continue to contribute inspite of provocations. --Bhadani 15:28, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for clarifying. Just noticed that you will be on a break. Please do keep on checking-in. I just realised today that life here at wikipedia would be worthless if there weren't for people like you around. - Aksi_great (talk) 16:13, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Saw your vote on the Chola Dynasty FAC. You may be interested to know that it has already been given FA status earlier today. Extermely well written article. I also have another small request. I was going through articles to be wikified for India related articles and came across K.K.Nagar. Can you please wikify it and check if all the details given are correct. Thanks. Have a good day. - Aksi_great (talk) 14:01, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you have already started work on the article. - Aksi_great (talk) 14:30, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
To-day, I just read the article. I have been to that area several time. I will get the contents properly vetted for correctness, and then wikify it, removing duplicate information/ re-aarangin the contents. I will try to add a photograph also within next 10/15 days. --Bhadani 14:33, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

After contributing to build the sum total of human knowledge for more than a year, I feel being persecuted as I called a “spade a spade”. Would they put me into the Gas chamber, killing Bhadani, the wikipedian? Am I about to face the wiki-Holocaust, perhpas like so many other wikipedians? Ultimately nothing matters: from dust thou has come, and to dust thou shall go.

Re: Gas chamber

[edit]

What? Who is persecuting you? You needn't worry about a holocaust, since by definition a holocaust involves large numbers of people. — Knowledge Seeker 16:07, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure, may be a large number of wikipedians may be facing the wiki-the holocaust. I feel assured at your kind words. Regards. --Bhadani 16:14, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Bhadani, what's bothering you? What do you fear will happen? — Knowledge Seeker 16:45, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I am logging off now, as I have to go for food. I will come back, if possible, tomorrow, and explain the "threats" I am facing. I thank you for your kind words. --Bhadani 16:48, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps he's talking about the possible sanctions he could face if action is taken against him for the harrassment and legal threats he made to another Wikipedian recently. Referring to this as in any way similar to the Holocaust is enormously melodramatic, and probably constitutes an instance of Godwin's Law. *Dan T.* 03:13, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It is plain instigation. --Bhadani 11:01, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

So, perhaps you got your answer - partially, and from a particualr point of view. Ultimately nothing matters: From dust thou has come and to dust thous shall go. --Bhadani 10:21, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, we are more adept at imputing motives to words and phrases than is warranted. Sometimes, I feel that we are following Joseph Goebbels to make a point. They continue to shower choicest "threats" on me without initiating the "proper action"! Are they rallying support? --Bhadani 10:36, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry too much, Bhadaniji. Just take a vacation for a couple of days and come back to give Wikipedia more. -- Sundar \talk \contribs 11:29, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you - actually, I am not worrying at all about myself. My worry about someone else landed me in this fix. Actually, wikipedia is giving me an opportunity to work, I am grateful to wikipedia and the wikipedians. --Bhadani 11:51, 18 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No matter what the alignment of your vote was, I will take your comments seriously and use them to improve myself. Hi Bhadani!

I just saw the following on the admin coaching page:

"I felt like severing my association with wikipeda when a particular user charged me with bad faith. Upon the intervention of a bureaucrat, I decided to continue. I would like to learn how to cope with repeated charges of acting in bad faith by a particular editor-administrator whereas I am sure that my action and edits have maintained the highest wiki-tradition. By the way, I am also an administrator from 18th September, 2005."

This was a while ago that it was written, but is everything OK? Can I ask what happened? - Ta bu shi da yu 06:17, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I thank you for your interest in the matter. However, nothing serious happened, and the time healed several wounds. --Bhadani 10:03, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Glad to hear that everything is OK :-) Ta bu shi da yu 10:18, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

hi

[edit]

i'm again idling my time here at Wikipedia (for some time) and have an issue with an anon and have posted the details at Gurubrahma's talk page. If you can do something to stop this revert war undertaken by anon it could be helpful. Thanks --Idleguy 10:15, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

MY REPLY

It is nice to learn that you are again working here. However, I shall not be able to help you in the matter as my experience says that perhaps wikipedia's policies, processes, and procedures; as also the general attitudes of the wikipedians are designed to favor anonymous and vandals, including the white-collar vandals, more than the established editors. Sorry Idleguy. I am helpless in the matter. You will have to fend for yourself - no one shall come to your help! In case, you find that you are unable to protect the contents of wikipedia, just abandon the same to the mercy of vandals – if you do more to protect the credibility of the contnets, you shall get real burns and the choice adjectives. --Bhadani 10:35, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that most of the wikipedians come to know about many things only from the pages of wikipedia, and are unable to understand the "nitty-gritty" of so many topics. This makes the life of vandals easy, and the established editors look like idiots. --Bhadani 10:45, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thank you very much. That barnstar has wound up my key (like in a wind-up toy) to continue to remain a resilient Wikipedian despite irritants like anon for quite some time. Thanx again. --Idleguy 11:54, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

thank you

Namaste Bhadaniji,

I haven't forgotten your kindness and your even-handed actions in my time of conflict. I just wanted to say hello, and let me know if you ever need any help in editing or otherwise with matters related to spirituality/meditation/yog or neuroscience/neurobiology/neuro-linguistic programming - my two primary areas of specialty. --Hamsacharya dan 23:49, 28 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My reply, copied from his talk page: Sure, sure, I shall certainly take advantage of your experience and expertise. --Bhadani 15:45, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

An Admin-help required

[edit]

Hi Bhadani,

Talking to you after a long time. Anyway, I need your help. I requested deletion of Image:IIT Bombay Classroom.JPG under {{db-author}}. But one admin came and deleted the page (without deleting the image). Can you delete the image (and if required, the associated talk page) as well. Thanks, -Ambuj Saxena (talk) 06:01, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Could you come online onto Gmail? --Andy123 candy? 14:06, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, sure for few minutes. How are you? It shall be after a long time that we shall have a chat. --Bhadani 14:07, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. I need admin help. Could you delete this edit of mine? I accidently put up the welcome message on the user's page instead of his talk page. --Andy123 candy? 14:46, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I did this - and perhaps someone may charge me for such a delete. However, I specified the reason for the delete in detail. --Bhadani 14:53, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your comments in Lar's RfA!

We are here to build an encyclopedia!

Hi, and thank you for your supportive comments in my request for adminship! I did in fact make WP:100, thanks in part to you! With a final tally of (109/5/1), I have been entrusted with adminship. It's been several weeks since the conclusion of the process, so hopefully you've had a chance to see me in action. Please let me know what you think! Thanks again, and I will do everything I can to justify the trust you've placed in me! ++Lar: t/c 03:25, 28 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Adverts: Like The Beatles?... Like LEGO?... In a WikiProject that classifies?... Are you an accountable admin?... Got DYK?...

Yow!

[edit]

That image just won't go. I think it's in the cache. Give it a short while and it should go by itself. If not, go to #wikimedia-tech and explain the issue. - Ta bu shi da yu 15:22, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

File:Atlanticpuffin4.jpg Hello Bhadani Thank you for your support at request for adminship which ended at the overwhelming and flattering result of (160/1/0), and leaves me in a position of having to live up to a high standard of community expectation - especially when highly respected wikipedians such as yourself are in support. Naturally, if I make any procedural mistakes, feel free to point them out and I look forward to working with you in the future, (as you would say - WP:Better than the Best) Blnguyen | Have your say!!! 06:54, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
