[edit]Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=your reason here ~~~~}}
at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:
- Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
- State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
- Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.
I am not being paid by anyone for anything related to my Wikipedia edits. Bezoma (talk) 17:45, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
I saw mention elsewhere that my account was suspected of possibly being owned by the user of another account and that my account might be coordinating with another account. But I am the sole owner of my account, I only have one account, and I did not coordinate with any other editor. I hope by looking at my edits compared to previous versions you will see that I have started to update the content to try to include only the most useful and current information on this lesser-known public figure for the benefit of the community. I believe there are still details in the entry that may be less relevant and thus could be edited further, but what remains after my edits I believe still is more succinct, relevant, than previous versions and at least substantiated with references, whereas previous versions had synthetic and original conclusions that would be deemed more concerning. Thank you. Bezoma (talk) 18:18, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
