Edit warring...?

Hello. You've sent me a template message about the 3RR rule... for what? Where did I violate the 3RR rule? If you're probably referring to this, where I repeatedly reverted the IP 2601:89:c500:b636:2dc2:3f22:7a0c:ce3c, then that is clearly exempted from the policy. Per WP:NOT3RR, you are free to revert any edits that are considered vandalism without any regard to the 3RR rule (the IP was continually blanking without explanation, which is considered vandalism). Although you did revert the warning with an edit summary, I should tell you that you should be more careful on sending warnings similar to this for an editor who is just trying to keep vandalism on bay. I have reverted the three-revert warning edit in your talk page and I am so sorry for this. I have realized that the IP user 2601:89:C500:B636:2DC2:3F22:7A0C:CE3C is blocked for some time. @161.202.81.220: The result is part of WP:BOOMERANG. The suspect's (my) actions actually were good, while your "joke" actions are vandalism. You have been blocked for two days because you did not know the full policies of Wikipedia. I have told you THREE TIMES that editing is not a joke. However, you did not listen. What you did was to make fun of the encyclopaedia, which is strictly forbidden. Making jokes on WP is prohibited. Please consider this. See WP:FOOLR for more information. Thank you.
