Hello, Bethearchitect, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Forest restoration

[edit]

Thanks for your additions to the forest restoration article. I noticed that you used external links are sources in several places. We usually discourage external links as sources in the article - instead, use references. (The Cite tool in the Visual Editor usually produces nice references using urls.)

One other thing to bear in mind is whether this section on one specific forest restoration project really belongs in the main article on forest restoration. After all, it's probably not one of the most notable forest restoration projects in the world. I wonder whether there might not be a better place for this content.
