I just reviewed the deleted article, and I agree with DS - that article was not going to get where it needed to go. I can restore it into your userspace, where it started, but I honestly think that you'd be better off starting from scratch, and only putting in information that can be found in WP:Reliable sources which are independent of the Institute. When I searched Google News, at least 3/4 of what I found was on PRWeb.com. You must know where to find better information -- once you get an article that can stand alone with independent sources, then you can expand it with non-independent sources.
