Orphaned non-free media (File:Smartmovie Blackskin.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Smartmovie Blackskin.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 06:14, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

Image copyright problem
[edit]Thanks for your uploads. You've indicated that the following images are being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why they meet Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page an image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

The Whole Truth
[edit]I'm not entiely sure, but it would seem the two of us are having a very similar problem with Wikipedia.
I read the article the Taj Mahal and noticed the very conspicuous absence any direct mention of the fact that it is a MUSLIM structure, built by invading MUSLIMS.
It even seems to through in or at least overemphacize some Hindu aspects of it. As if it's some sort of interfaith structure respectful to Hindus as well.
Well that's just plain impossible. Muslims don't have any respect for any faith but Islam.
On my end, as a Zionist Jew, almost the exact thing is going on. Take a look at Al-Bassa, one of a series of articles entitled "List of villages de-populated in the 1948 Arab Israeli war.
I tried to so much as mention articles explaining that the area the village was in was once part of Ancient Israel, but I was reverted. I tried to so much as insert a link to the Muslim Conquests when Arabs first conquered the land and that edit was reverted as well. And I was blocked by an Admin who just so happened to be as well the transparently anti-semitic editor who keeps trying to shed as harsh a light as possible on Jews, implying that we went from town to town "ethnically cleansing" Palestinian village after Palestinian village.
The entire article is just plain a load of shit.
If any of this feels similar to what's happening with you, please contact me so we can work together to put an end to this crap. 65.92.161.213 (talk) 13:48, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
