The article Wild Wing Restaurants has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. The content is not meant as spam or blatant advertising. We're trying to show the history of Wild Wing Restaurants. The first attempt was speedily deleted and I understand why. The second attempt was cut back and reduced to remove the "blatant advertising" content and the account has been blocked. We would like to have the account unblocked so that we can add the Wild Wing page. We will comply with the Wikipedia policies and procedures and reduce the page content further. We're open to any further information or tips you can provide.

- I concur with Jamie. Note that the second article, in which you supposedly "cut back and reduced" the advertising, included text like "Whether you come with family or friends your visit with us is sure to be memorable. Our award winning Chicken Wings are served in 101 flavours. The big salads, Wild fries, amazing appetizers and the tasty wraps are sure to curb your appetite. Get’em to go or stick around and enjoy the atmosphere." and "I opened our first Wild Wing® the next day and the LEGEND WAS BORN." This is an encyclopedia, not your corporate website. Request reason:
As a new Wiki user, I'm learning all the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as I go. I have an IT Security background and I fully understand that users must comply with the policies and procedures of Wikipedia. Having said that I am asking for another chance based on the following: I didn't intentionally try to break the rules or meant to cause harm to Wikipedia. I do believe that Wild Wing Restaurants is a notable company since it's inception in 1999. On March 17, we'll be in business for 10 years and this is our first attempt at using Wikipedia. I also checked the WP:CORP policy and according to the Chains and Franchises section, we fit into this group as long as we abide by the rules. We are a growing organization in Canada and would like the opportunity to use Wikipedia to describe our company. If the bestchickenwings account is reinstated, we promise to abide by the rules. Please reconsider our request to unblock our account and allow us to create our page within the boundaries of WP.

If you really want another chance to post your article do as NawlinWiki says. But I think that's overly generous. First of all, I cannot let you edit under this username if you are going to be trying to talk or edit about Wild Wing Restaurants, because you are using your username for promotion. Second, under no circumstances would I allow you to edit again in order to keep trying to post articles on this company. You clearly have a conflict of interest on the subject and should not be creating new articles or adding new mentions of your business. If you want to be unblocked you'll need to (1) pick a new username, and (2) agree to follow the guidelines described at WP:BESTCOI for any editing you plan to do relating to Wild Wing Restaurants. - Tell you what. Draft an article that complies with Wikipedia policies, specifically WP:SPAM and Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. No "Legend"s or "Amazing"s. Write the article in third person, not first person, and don't copy from corporate PR releases. Furthermore, you're going to have to cite reliable independent sources (see WP:V) to show that your company has been recognized as notable (see WP:CORP) by someone other than the company itself. - In answer to your email: 99% of articles on businesses (well, 99% of those that are eventually kept) are initially created by users not writing on behalf of the company. I've asked NawlinWiki if they are willing to post on my behalf as long as they are comfortable with the content but I'm not sure if that would be a conflict of interest. - Is there anyone that can assist us in our efforts to get approval of the Wild Wing Restaurants article? We've been recently dealing with NawlinWiki who requested we forward a draft article to him for review. This was done a few times with communication back from NawlinWiki. We were very close to having a completed copy but we haven't heard from NawlinWiki since Mar 25. We understand the importance of administering the content on Wikipedia but this is obstructing us from getting the Wild Wing Restaurants page up in Wikipedia. Is there anyone who can assist us in moving forward? Bestchickenwings
