Re:Iraqi demographic mistake
[edit]Hello, thanks for your comment here No worries about removing it - I started trying to work out who said what, then properly read 86.136.200.46's comment and thought I shouldn't bother.
Can you remove rants? Not really: it is considered impolite to remove or edit others' comments. Obvious vandalism and attacks on editors can be removed, but other comments should generally stay. I'm not quite sure whether the edit was vandalism, so I can only justify my removal of the edit on a technicality - it was offtopic (not discussing the article) so could be removed according to the talk page guidelines. A list of main policies is at Wikipedia:Five pillars.
As you haven't been officially welcomed yet, I'll quickly give you the links to Wikipedia:Welcome and Wikipedia:Tutorial. If you get stuck, add {{helpme}}
somewhere on this page, and someone will come and help out. --h2g2bob (talk) 00:17, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
