[edit]Don't worry about it. It look like you were trying to insert a random comment there (I fixed it ;)). To do so you need to do something like this:
{{User:Sir_Intellegence/userbox/short_attention_span|text a here (you can use the picture on the right field or text)|can be left blank}}
That produces:
| can be left blank | This user has a very short...text a here (you can use the picture on the right field or text) |
From what I saw, it looked like you were going for this:
{{User:Sir_Intellegence/userbox/short_attention_span|Ooh! Look at the shiny quarters! I'm hungry!}}
