Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, which wasn't included with your recent edit to Cannabis (drug). Thank you. NJGW (talk) 19:36, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just made a valid update to Hemp. However, a guy named Nagle removed my edit in less than 24 hours. He deleted my footnote (a recent news report), and replaced it with a broken link to a book written in the late 1990's. Why does this happen?

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Dietary fiber, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. I suspect you are correct with regard to the facts; however, I could not see any mention in the Hemp seed article that they are a source of insoluble fiber. Wikipedia is to contain reliable sourced information - so it would be helpful if you could update Hemp seed to contain a reference to it being a source of insoluble fiber, and then re-add Hemp seed to the list in Dietary fiber. If you'd like some help, please leave me a note here on your Talk page. The edit in question is as follows: [1] --4wajzkd02 (talk) 15:01, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Vote Hemp has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of notability (i.e., lacks significant coverage in independent reliable sources).

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
