Block message:

open proxy (there's a closed proxy running on this box, only for myself)

Decline reason: Confirmed closed proxy but I cannot find the block. Please re-request and please leave a comment with the name of the blocking admin and the exact block message. Other admins, please note that this unblock decline is not a real decline and does not count toward this user's maximum of two reviews. — Yamla 17:33, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So what am i supposed to do now? How do I get my IP unblocked? All I want to do is contribute, and I continue to get denied...

{{unblock-auto reviewed|1=65.111.175.127|2={{blocked proxy}}|3=Ryulong|Can you please email unblock-en regarding this? I'm not finding any sort of address or related range blocked here. Can't sleep, clown will eat me 04:39, 1 August 2007 (UTC)}}[reply]

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request or add another unblock request.

Request reason: "My ip is NOT an open proxy!!! I am getting so tired of this!! Either someone unblock this IP or I'll just give up and stop contributing. I consider myself to be a valued contributer to Wikipedia, and have missed countless opportunities to contribute content due to this ridiculous block! Look at the history, it's going back and forth, back and forth. Ryulong confirmed it's not an open proxy, but 'couldn't find the block'. What does that mean?? What do i do??"

Sorry this is complicated. When a range is blocked, it can be difficult to identify the applicable block. Please see this page for information on contacting unblock-en, and contact them by email. They should be able to help you. Good luck! -- But|seriously|folks  19:34, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Your block is here (65.111.168.0/21). Are you editing from a web server? -- zzuuzz (talk) 19:43, 10 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Ben -- I have forwarded your inquiry to Ryulong, and hope to have a response from him shortly. Can't sleep, clown will eat me 01:00, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock

[edit]

I have removed the autoblock from the IP you normally use. I will also be removing the block I put on this range, which I did not think was an ISP.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 01:47, 12 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WinSafari Passing Acid2

[edit]

Sorry about the WinSafari Acid2 edit. It didn't pass for me. For the maintainer of the Acid2 standard, they also had difficulties with fonts or something that caused it to fail. http://www.webstandards.org/2007/06/12/safari-3-public-beta-for-mac-and-windows/ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ice Ardor (talkcontribs) 10:33, 20 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
