User talk:Bell1985b
@Bell1985b: Note: the revert of your message by the administrator seems to not be abuse of power, but application of the WP:EVASION policy (3.1 Edits by and on behalf of blocked editors). The article's topic is not of great interest to me, but there indeed are tone issues with it. According to 3.1.1 Enforcement by reverting at the same page, if I restore another revision I have to carefully take the time to evaluate it, because these become my own edits.
If your contributions were really helpful (they may have been), I don't know your history on Wikipedia, but a potential issue may have been with WP:CONSENSUS, WP:BRD, WP:ENGAGE, WP:DISCUSSFAIL... and ultimately WP:EVASION and WP:SOCK (and forgive me if I am wrong).
It may be possible to wait long enough (i.e. three months) and to request WP:CLEANSTART (also see WP:OFFER) with your favorite account, with an unblock request made from that account clearly stating that:
- You have not edited in the last three months (from any account or IP address) and are requesting the opportunity to clean start
- You have read the above links
- You agree to drop any other accounts you have
- You will avoid creating any other account
- You will avoid editing logged-out
- You will try to build consensus at the relevant article talk pages when your edits are reverted, avoiding edit warring.
If this is declined, this may work after another three months. This could perhaps allow you to eventually edit safely again, and over time even build up a certain trust... This will be my last message to you for now, but I have added the article to my TOCHECK list. Thanks, and farewell, —PaleoNeonate - 22:15, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
