Leith Mullings article - copyright vio

[edit]

Hi @Beisbolrulz123, Carwil. The text you added to the Leith Mullings article include passages that were copied directly or very closely paraphrased from your sources. This was detected by automatic plagiarism detection software. For copyright reasons, this contribution had to be deleted. Remember that additions to Wikipedia need to be written entirely in your own words. Please review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before making additional edits to that article. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:36, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, sorry about that and thank you for catching that. How can I see what was removed so that I can re-edit it? Beisbolrulz123 (talk) 22:28, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It was the Career and research section. You can check it out here at the iThenticate report. Keep in mind even really close paraphrasing is not allowed on Wikipedia. I recommend going over the sources, and jotting down key points, not whole sentences or phrases, you want to mention to avoid the plagiarism. Thanks for your reply.
