I think all the information you have is very good! I like how you differentiated the different types of sides effects. I also like how you have a description section for the mother, father and child because I thinks its important to differentiate the difference in each. I know you said that you are planning on editing the pre-existing article. After reading the existing article I think you should look to add more information in "mothers" part of the epidemiology section.
