JS Kairouan (basket-ball) moved to draftspace

Hello, thank for your feedback, i added secondary sources to the article. I think this team has it's place in wikipedia, the team is 3 times champions of Tunisia and 2 times winners of Tunisian Basketball Cup, and is willing to participate to the 2018–19 FIBA AfroLeague, the equivalent of EuroLeague in Africa.
