Sheikh Hasina
[edit]According to this diff, you removed a lot of content - mainly criticisms -- from the article. Also, you removed some referenced content. Can you please justify why the removal of criticism should not be reverted? --Ragib (talk) 18:37, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Concurred. Though you added new headline Election 2008, which may be appropriate as new section since they are sourced.--NAHID 18:45, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Taposh
[edit]Hi Jewel,
Since Taposh is now an elected member of Jatiyo Sangsad, we can start his biography again. However, I will suggest that you start the article in your own user space, and when you have enough material (backed by references), only then we move it to the main namespace. You can start the article at User:Bdwreport/Sheikh Fazle Nur Taposh now. --Ragib (talk) 21:12, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
David Guetta
[edit]Hello there, I noticed that you noticed the page I created recently for a series of compilation albums by David Guetta. Either you or the bot-like program you're running thought it was offensive and tagged it for speedy deletion, probably due to the first word. I think it meets the criteria for inclusion on Wikipedia (I've since added a reference) and I hope you weren't upset by the article. I guess an admin went in and removed your tag a few minutes after it was placed there. Anyway, no hard feelings on this end, hope the same can be said for yours. Thanks. Zephyrnthesky (talk) 00:59, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Amader shomoy.png)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Amader shomoy.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:13, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
Articles for deletion nomination of Jubo League
[edit]I have nominated Jubo League, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jubo League. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 02:18, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
License tagging for File:Moni.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Moni.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:05, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
Jubo League
[edit]Hi, I responded on my talk page, but basically, that AFD notice that you see above is old. If you click on it, you will see that the decision was to keep the article. Thanks! Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 00:39, 14 June 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to contain material copied from http://www.banglapedia.org/httpdocs/HT/N_0168.HTM, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. File permission problem with File:Sajeebwazed.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Sajeebwazed.jpeg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. ☼ 08:25, 19 March 2012 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 00:58, 20 October 2016 (UTC)

The file File:MySketch.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unused personal photo. Out of scope.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 16:11, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
