Hi Batoos999. Don't worry about previous versions of the page that have been deleted. Feel free to start the page if you'd like, or take advantage of our article wizard to help you submit it and have someone view and comment on it before it goes "live". I posted a welcome message here with a bunch of links that you may find helpful. In a nutshell - try to avoid close paraphrasing from your sources, avoid describing the company in excessively positive language, and present reliable third party sources that support why the company is notable. Because of this, I've move the article to Draft:UCLA Center for Health Policy Research as there is not much of an article remaining. You can continue working on the draft; please also find sources to demonstrate notability. Articles generally require significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the topic. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia).
