Loznani
[edit]I've made a few tweaks for you. We generally keep bolding to a minimum in articles, mainly for the for the first mention of the article title. Other than that just a few spelling mistakes. Regards, :) BalkanFever 10:37, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
- Hi. I am just trying to help with English style and grammar; I mean no harm. I have a reliable source to add on the history of the place. Welcome to Wikipaedia and thank you for adding information and photographs of this interesting place. Regards, Aramgar (talk) 04:28, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
- I noticed your work and probably would have left well enough alone had I not thought to look up your village in this very useful book, Kravari, Villes et villages de Macédoine occidentale. It's been sitting in a pile next to my desk for several months now. I really ought to use it more often since place names and histories can be so contentious in that part of the world. I probably don't have much to add beyond a copyedit once you are finished. Glad I wasn't stepping on your toes. Regards, Aramgar (talk) 14:36, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
Image uploads
[edit]Hello and welcome. Please be more careful about copyrights when uploading images. You uploaded Image:St kliment church skopje.jpg claiming that it was your own work, but in reality that image is from flickr [1] (or from some other web source that has in turn stolen it from flickr) and it is copyrighted "all rights reserved". Also, Image:Prilep clock tower.jpg was from [2]. I'm deleting these images now. If there should be any others among your uploads where you've also mistakenly declared a wrong copyright status, please let me know and we can fix it, no problem. But please note that we take copyright issues very seriously here, and if you should be found to make knowingly false copyright statements about images in the future you might be blocked. License tagging for Image:Hajduk_footbal_team_loznani.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Hajduk_footbal_team_loznani.JPG. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:32, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
- Since this is your own work, I think you can tag it with {{pd-self}}, but I don't know much about images. User:Future Perfect at Sunrise does, however. BalkanFever 09:30, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:Banitsa.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Banitsa.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 06:25, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
Your beautiful picture of Vevi/Banitsa
[edit]It would be a pity if this picture is lost to the community. Since you made the photo yourself, all you have to do is to put the tag {{GFDL-self}} on the image and it will stay (only you can do this). Thanks, Andreas (T) 14:23, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
File source problem with File:Markovi kuli wall.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Markovi kuli wall.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:38, 3 April 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — neuro(talk)(review) 22:38, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
