In Latin America most persons have two names and two surnames: one comes from the father and the last last-name from the mother. Grecia Virgilia Herrada Garcia is an active (not retired as the article states) volleyball player currently defending the colors of the Universidad Cesar Vallejo professional team in the Liga Nacional Superior de Voleibol Femenino of Peru, the top level Peruvian volleyball competition, organized by the Peruvian Volleyball Federation.

She studied at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, USIL, where she was part of its team and participated against other Peruvian universities in the XXI UNIVERSIADA of 2014 in which USIL's volleyball team was champion. The official USIL's web page mentions her by her full name in the list of players that appears in the web page that talks about the obtained championship: http://www.usil.edu.pe/0/modulos/NOT/NOT_DetallarNoticia.aspx?PFL=0&NOT=2968

On 2013 she was part of the Peruvian team that won Gold medal at the XVII Juegos Bolivarianos. Her technical file card of the competition states here full name: http://www.bolivarianos2013.pe/Atletas/Ficha.aspx?IDAtleta=7045

In late 2014 she was part of the Club Geminis professional volleyball team in the Liga Nacional Superior de Voleibol Femenino of Peru, club that obtained the second place in said tournament. The Municipality of Comas where the club has its headquarters awarded team and players. Again, her full name: Grecia Virgilia Herrada García, is mentioned in the press note at the municipality's web site: http://www.municomas.gob.pe/noticiasidcontenido=34.html
