Jail reforms in Pakistan

[edit]

Pakistan is a country where there is human rights in constitution and just in papers, but unfortunately Human Rights can only be bought and receive by high approach.

Millions people are leading their miserable lives in jail without doing anything wrong or illegal but no one is paying attention to this social issue.

Accused persons are entitled to bail as it is their right all over the world but in Pakistan punishment of cheque dishonor is just 3 years, do not fall in prohibitory clause of section 497 criminal procedure code and bail is right in this case but all courts use to refuse bail in such cases and thousands business individuals who pay huge tax to the government are being deteriorate in local jails without any reason.
