Spelling "corrections"
[edit]Please STOP "correcting" spellings, when they are not mistakes, but a direct copy of the original.
In the quotation William Reinoldes of Lisnaore in the parrish of Templeport in the County of Cavan gent sworne & examined deposeth and sajth That about the begining of the presente Rebellion this deponent was deprived robbed or otherwise dispoiled & Lost by the Rebells: in the Corrasmongan article you "corrected" begining - when it is obvious from the sentence that the spelling is that used in 1643 and, as a quotation, spellings should not be corrected
In the Pavan Duggal article you "corrected" begining in the reference "Rise of digital India-begining(sic) of a new dawn,<ref>http://blogs.economictimes.indiatimes.com/Cyberlawsintodaystimes/entry/rise-of-digital-india-begining-of-a-new-dawn" even though it is clearly marked (sic) because the mistake is in the original, furthermore, you left the (sic) although there was no remaining error. Please see sic if you do not understand the use of that error indicator.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at John Young (died 1589) . Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 10:19, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
