To demonstrate notability in Wikipedia's terms an article needs to have citations to independent reliable sources which give substantial coverage of the subject. All of the references cited in this draft have one or more of the following characteristics. (1) No substantial coverage of Jake Medwell; several of them don't mention him at all, at least one merely gives his name in a caption on a photograph, others make one or two sentence mentions of him in passing, and so on. (2) Not independent sources. One of them is a podcast by him, not about him, others include interviews with him, pages on websites connected to him in one way or another, and promotional websites.
