what to do if you forgot to book for something...

so I was supposed to book tickets for this airsoft event but my telkom (internet) cables were stolen and so I couldn't immediately buy the tickets and brushed it off cause i still had a couple days left. So my internet came back on the friday (the game starts on saterday) and I completely forgot about the tickets. I overhyped everyone and even made everyone buy R100 or more worth of canned food (cause it was a charity event). The ticket sales ended at 8pm and I realized that I had to buy the tickets at 10pm...

and so I wanted to cry and I started slowly hating myself... At least my brother was there that didn't judge me on my "forgetfullness". So the moral of this story is that you can't really do much in life, all you can do is have some amazing friends that will stand there with you.
