Proposed deletion of Jon Einstein

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Jon Einstein, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? ~ Eóin (talk) 22:03, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I see you've got a couple of the standard notices, and I'm wondering if we can work together to stop the article you re-created, Jon Einstein, from being deleted.
Do you know of any published sources that discuss him? Anything that meets our guidelines for reliable sources (see WP:RS) would help. The problem is that, without any sources, there's no difference between an encyclopedic article and something that someone just made up. This is why one of our central policies is Verifiability (see WP:V) - everything that goes into Wikipedia has to be verifiable.
If you can find sources that discuss this guy, or help me to find some, we can improve the article. If not, I'm afraid that Wikipedia can't keep an article at all - and if you keep re-creating it, you're going to get blocked from editing. Any questions, post on my talk page (User talk:SheffieldSteel) Regards, SHEFFIELDSTEELTALK 21:30, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're an abusive sockpuppet, and your last two 'requests' only prove it. — Blueboy96 22:54, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
