Robert Hurt (politician)

Hi there and welcome to Wikipedia. I saw your recent edits to the Robert Hurt article and I thought I would explain (at least from my own point of view) why they are problematic. The majority of the edits seem to be okay. However, I see two areas which are problematic and cannot be accepted into a wikipedia article. The accessibility criticism comes almost exclusively from blogs and from a single quote in an otherwise unrelated article from a non-notable individual. Such sources are not acceptable in biographies of living persons, as the use of self-published sources is expressly forbidden in such articles. The section on Hurt's personal health care is also not acceptable because you're attributing to Hurt a quote which is from a WP:NEWSBLOG. As written the sentence is completely unacceptable, since it is deliberately misleading. On top of that, it is unclear if the source is an acceptable one to begin with. See WP:BLPREMOVE. If you feel I'm being unfair, you can escalate this to the biography of living persons noticeboard, but I'm pretty confident you're committing a pretty blatant BLP vio with the material you are trying to add and that I specifically removed.
