No I can't. I've had over twenty accounts in the past two weeks.

I believe your IP address can be blocked. I know mine was recently when another user created an inappropriate account from it. So I'd suggest you stop making disruptive edits. Paul20070 (talk) 17:49, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
