Weekly summary on Big Brother 2007 (UK)
[edit]You radically changed the format of the weekly summary on this article. I totally agree with what you did. But one pointer, you deleted a reference that was being used elsewhere in the article, leading the reflist to contain an empty entry. When you do something like this in the future, could you please check that the reference is not being used elsewhere, it's easy enough through clicking the link to its listing in the reflist, and seeing if it is the only use of that reference, or if there are multiple uses (shown through subscripted a,b,c etc.). If there are multiple uses, just move the reference to the appropriate location. Thanks John Hayes 22:38, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

- I would agree, it is a notable event, and probably the best place, is a brief sentance in the weekly summary, or as a notable event in the housemates section. John Hayestalk 07:16, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thank you. John Hayestalk 06:45, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
Hi, me again. Just to let you know I removed the info you added about Jonathan being in the Priory. What he does after Big Brother is not relevant to an article on Big Brother (unless it involves something in the house, for example the two housemates who got married after meeting on the show). As far as I am aware him allegedly using coke or call girls was never mentioned in the house. It would be relevant to an article on him, so if he has enough notability it could be created, and that info added. Thanks. John Hayestalk 14:24, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
- Just to let you know that the Jonathan Durden article now exists, so as long as you can back that up with very reliable sources (as this is potentially libelous), you can add it to the article. John Hayestalk 10:12, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Calvin Goldspink
[edit]This was done after he got the role in Life is Wild. If you look at the article's history here you can see what the article looked like before it was merged into S Club 8. I did try to oppose the merge but the consensus here was to merge into S Club 8.--NeilEvans 16:19, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image (Image:Calvin Goldpink 2007.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Calvin Goldpink 2007.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 04:04, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
- I deleted this image. In the future, when deciding whether to upload non-free content or not, please consider the list of 10 items at WP:FU. The image must meet all ten criteria. Generally, if the image is of a living person and for the purpose of identifying their appearance, non-free images are generally not allowed because it is not unreasonable to assume that a replacement image could be made at some point. Also, the image was about a specific event, although there was no text or commentary in the article directly related to the image. If you have any questions about non-free content, feel free to contact me or use the wikipedia talk page for WP:FU to ask more questions. Thanks for your consideration.-Andrew c [talk] 04:30, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit]As various sources have confirmed, Chanelle has asked to leave. Despite the fact that she has to stay for a while longer, she can no longer be regarded as a HM as she has techincally left. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:BenAdamsSorry.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:BenAdamsSorry.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:33, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Babygurl1853! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 179 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

AfD nomination of Allstar Weekend
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Allstar Weekend. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Allstar Weekend. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:06, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
The article Shelley Williams (actress) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Unsourced BLP of actress. No real indication of notability. Article mentions one role, but that's all. A search failed to find any coverage.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Michig (talk) 17:14, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
