File permission problem with File:StressRelief.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:StressRelief.jpg, which you've sourced to This is a screen capture from the US TV series "The Office". It is copyright and clearly not suitable for an FU claim given its usage on WP is unrelated to the TV series. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

A Wikipedia article differs from an essay. An essay is presentation of a subject , to express a view on a subject, from a relatively personal viewpoint. It will sometime draw on sources, but will emphasize the creative synthesis and original composition of the author. A Wikipedia article is based entirely on sources, contains no synthesis -- beyond the necessary selection of material for editing -- and presents the subject in a formal style, a style that is not characteristic of the writer and would not be confused with the view any one individual takes. An essay usually has an attempt at an original title -- a Wikipedia article has a title used commonly in published material to describe the subject. From everything I can see, your contribution here is an essay. I have been unable to find any use of this phrase on the net, or on worldcat, or google books or scholar. It's a reasonable title for an essay, being parallel with the titles of many books and essay on "relaxation through " It is not a reasonable title or indeed topic for an encyclopedia, representing The references given do not support the specific wording, or the specific content of the article. It was illustrated by an image from a well-known copyright source, representing people relaxing in a rather dramatic fashion on the floor of an office--but not, I think, relaxing to poetry in particular. Unless you have more specific sources , I do not think it is supportable as a Wikipedia article. (I was asked whether it is perhaps promotional of a book or recording or something of the sort, or of a company providing these services, but I cannot find anything of that title).

The nearest current article is Bibliotherapy . The nearest reasonable topic would appear to be Poetry therapy--we have no article there, so I just made Poetry therapy a redirect to bibliotherapy . Perhaps it might be better to develop an article there. There seem to be at tleast 2 or 3 professional organizations in the subject area, a certifying agency for specialists, and a journal of that very title. Speedy deletion nomination of Relaxation Through Poetry
