Proposed deletion of Bamboo Gods And Iron Men
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Bamboo Gods And Iron Men, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Non-notable film.
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 20:53, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
- It is a cult film, its not like Gone With The Wind or Star Wars but it has a cult following. (Auto-maxx (talk) 21:07, 31 December 2008 (UTC))
- Here's some help, per the discussion on the article's talk page...
Welcome!

If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}}
before the question. Again, welcome!
By the way, I converted the Ken Kazama article into a redirect, which is a Wikipedia function that sends someone who enters one article name to a different article. Since Ken Kazama and Kenji Kazama are one and the same, I set it up for one to point to the other, so that we don't have two nearly-identical articles to maintain. (Neat, huh?)
If you have any questions, let me know on my talk page. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 00:02, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for the welcome and Happy New Year 2009 to you. I wasn't sure how to handle an article that has an actor or celebrity who is commonly known by more than one name. Anyway that was a great help. Thanks for the info. I'll check it out when I get back. (Auto-maxx (talk) 12:33, 1 January 2009 (UTC))

Orphaned non-free image File:DONSTAR.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:DONSTAR.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk 03:37, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
