Child hood Autism reversal protocol

[edit]

Dr Kondekar's hypothesis Since 2013, DSM 5 has changed autism definition, by which the criteria.are a sequential development of symptoms from core features to secondary features.

The hypothesis states that 1. Lack of internal synapses in specific areas of brain halts the development in specific areas of learning 2. The ability to lose synapses is decided by either a one time insult to developing brain Or lack of environmental stimulation. 3.Autism is a disorder if weak synapses and connections across sensory input, and it's processing for augmentation to learning. 4.Lack of sensory learning aka faulty or inadequate internal integration of sensory inputs causes chaotic interpretation, behaviour and response. 5. Ultimately causing a cognitive block and seriously delayed learning

RULE OF REVERSAL

UNLESS THE NEURONs OF SENSES CONNECT INTERNALLY, CHILD CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH EXTERIOR.

SEQUENTIAL.REVERSAL OF CORE SYMPTOMS IN PART, BY ESTABLISHING NEW SYNÀPSES AND INTERNAL SENSORY INTEGRATION, IS KEY TO SEQUENTIAL RECOVERY OF AUTISM SYMPTOMS TO A GREATER EXTENT.

Dr Kondekar is a neuro developmental pediatrician. he is associate professor of pediatrics at Topiwala National Medical College Mumbai. Dr Kondekar works on Goal Directed Cognitive Approach, by which goals are set for development of social communication and understanding in cognitive way. These goals are decided every month and are achieved in a months period. Autism in children has a great potential to show improvement in milestones due to neuroplasticity of developing brain which can help develop milestones till age 20 years.
