Hi, I see you've contributed a lot to Kintu, would you be interested in a taskforce on oral tradition? Kowal2701 (talk) 11:24, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Kowal: Thank you for asking me and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. Unfortunately, I don't think I can manage to join your project, I'm sorry. I wish you all the best with it and I very much hope you will have lots of editors join you. Good luck! AukusRuckus (talk) 14:14, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No worries, thank you Kowal2701 (talk) 16:11, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summary on Roman Catholic Diocese of Romblon

[edit]

I have a saved search for edits that trip the blog/self-published filter, and saw your edit summary explaining why you cited the church's blog. I agree with you that an official website is acceptable for many purposes even when hosted on a blogging platform. But really I just wanted to compliment your edit summary. Oblivy (talk) 01:48, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Well, thank you, Oblivy, for taking the time to write such a nice note. I genuinely appreciate the compliment; a pleasant surprise to receive! Many thanks, AukusRuckus (talk) 13:59, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome. I leave a lot of (justifiably) scoldy messages on people's talk pages so it's nice to be nice sometimes! Oblivy (talk) 05:53, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:50, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
